Entry Requirements

University Address

Undergraduate

Undergraduate Entry Requirements Minimum of Mean grade C+ (plus) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) or equivalent qualifications

Masters Degree

A holder of a Bachelors degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Upper Division or its equivalent in the relevant discipline, from a recognised institution.

Doctoral Degree

A holder of a Masters degree from a recognized institution in an area or subject relevant to the proposed area of study

The following documents must accompany the completed application form

Professional and academic Certificates/Transcripts

Current letter of appointment (where applicable)

Four (4) recently taken one by one inch (“1x1”) Photographs of good quality

A non-refundable processing fee MUST BE PAID TO Pwani University Account via E-citizen platform E-Citizen

Pay bill/Business Number: 222222.
Account Number: PRSC-Your Name-Application (e.g. PRSC-George Mikoko-Application)

ATTACH THE PRINT OUT OF E-CITIZEN PAYMENT to the duly filled application form on returning it to the University.

The application processing fees for Kenyan applicants are as follows:

ACCOMMODATION:

The University has limited on-campus accommodation for government sponsored students. However, private Hostels at affordable rates are available in the neighbourhood of the University for all categories of students.
