Master in Environmental science

1. The common regulations for Masters Degrees in the University shall apply.
2. The general regulations for all Masters Degrees in the School of Environmental and Earth Sciences shall apply.
3. The following shall be eligible for admission to pursue the Master of Environmental Science degree course:
   1. A holder of First Class or Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or their equivalent in Environmental Science, Environmental Education, Geography, Geology, Meteorology, Physical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Technology, Agriculture or Engineering.
   2. A holder of Second Class (Lower Division) Bachelor Degree in the above mentioned disciplines from Pwani University or any other recognized university with at least two years research or relevant working experience may be considered

Master of environmental studies (Community Development)

1. The common regulations for Masters Degrees in the University shall apply.
2. The general regulations for all Masters Degrees in the School of Environmental and Earth Sciences shall apply.
3. The following shall be eligible for admission to pursue the Master of Environmental Science degree course:
   1. A holder of First Class or Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or their equivalent in Environmental Science, Environmental Education, Geography, sociology, Anthropology or Religious Studies.
   2. A holder of Second Class (Lower Division) Bachelor Degree in the above mentioned disciplines from Pwani University or any other recognized university with at least two years research or relevant working experience may be considered

Minimum entry requirements: Masters in a relevant field of Animal or Crop Agriculture from a recognized University, and a concept note of the proposed thesis research
