TOT4: Socio-cultural issues to empower teachers work in align with CBC
The aim of the workshop was to enhance the participants' knowledge and skills in socio-cultural issues related to their work. After participating in the workshop the learners were expected to be able to:
- Apply ways to empower themselves and other teachers through teacher efficacy, work life balance and self-management
- Comprehend the connection between values and teacher empowerment
- Elaborate a plan on how to take into account different learners at your university (students with special needs and gifted & talented)
